Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Notchlyric ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License
Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable fee, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. A single license may be activated on up to two (2) devices. You may move a license between devices by removing it from one and activating it on another.

One-time purchase & updates
Notchlyric is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription. Your purchase includes free updates for one (1) year from the date of purchase, including new features and improvements released during that period. After one year, your license remains valid and the App keeps working indefinitely; you simply continue to receive any updates released within your update window. Major future versions released after your update period may require a paid upgrade.

Restrictions

• Do not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent licensing, except where permitted by law.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Lyrics & third-party content
Lyrics, album artwork, and song metadata are provided by third parties (including Spotify and lyrics providers) and remain the property of their respective owners. Notchlyric is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify.

Payments & refunds
Purchases are processed by our provider, Polar. Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and Polar's policies. For refund inquiries, contact support@usenotcha.com.

Updates
The App may notify you of and let you download new versions. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that lyrics will always be available or accurate.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, useNotcha and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Termination
These terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or revoke a license for violation of these terms.
